Based on the procedure that you need and your preferences (city, agenda, additional activities), we will start the process of obtaining quotes from our network to present to you for your review. We aim for price transparency. Our goal is for you to know what to expect from the start.

Review Your Options And Schedule Your Surgery​

We will set up a virtual consultation with your physician at your convenience and when you are ready (dates, forms signed, etc) the surgery will be scheduled.​

Book your travel 

Our Concierge will help you with all steps of the process. ​
We will assist you with your travel arrangements, hotel reservations, airport transfers abroad and will be there for you at all times. ​
Detailed instructions and information will be provided on time.

Arrival

Upon arrival at your destination one of our team members will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel. We will take you to your first appointment at your center of care when required and will explain to you the process onsite.​

Surgery And Post-op Care ​

When you are discharged, the medical team will give you all the post-op care and recommendations. ​

Return Home ​

Our concierge team will be at your service and available to assist you during your stay and until you are on your way home.

Pre-Op Evaluation and Medical Condition Review

You’ll need medical clearance from your local provider in order to travel safely and undergo the procedure (doesn’t apply for dental procedures).
Your medical records will be sent to your chosen physician who will approve the case and adjust the bundle price if needed.

If required, schedule a virtual consultation with one of our physicians. 
Test results and diagnostic reports may be needed, generally valid for 6 weeks prior to surgery.

Financial and Logistic Arrangements

Deposit payment.
We’ll schedule your appointments and surgery date.
In order to guarantee your scheduled procedure, we will need to receive your complete payment 2 weeks prior to your surgery date.

We will provide detailed profiles from the facilities and doctors for you to make an informed decision. We want you to feel comfortable and reassured towards the standards of quality, care, and the environment that fits best your healthcare and personal needs. ​

WHAT IF I WANT TO GO FOR TREATMENT THAT IS NOT MENTIONED IN YOUR LIST OF PROCEDURES? ​

We have listed the most common treatments among our customers. However, our institutions offer a broad line of services, all under the upmost care and quality. Just contact us and we will be glad to contact our network with your needs.​

SHOULD I LET MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN KNOW ABOUT MY DECISION OF UNDERTAKING MEDICAL CARE ABROAD? ​

Yes, we encourage you to inform your family physician about your decision. In fact, we can arrange your family physician’s communication with your treating surgeon abroad. ​

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY? ​

Once your virtual consultation is done, we will require a deposit in order to schedule your surgery. The balance is due two weeks before you leave.​

We receive all major credit cards, bank transfer, and online payments.
