Surgeon, Gynecologist, and Obstetrician graduated from the Institute of Health Sciences (CES) in Medellin.
Dr. Posada studied Assisted Reproduction Techniques at the Women’s Hospital Fertility Center and IVF Program of the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. In 1995 and back in Colombia she co-founded Inser.
Two years later, she traveled back to the United States to take a formal course in Hysteroscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery at Stanford University in California. She joined the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Program at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland from 1999 to 2001.
In 2002 she joined Inser’s medical group again where she has played a very important role in the development of the clinical and laboratory programs of assisted reproduction techniques. She currently holds the position of Gynecologist and Director of Inser’s Assisted Reproduction Laboratory.
